据了解，美国上周已发布为期30天的临时豁免，允许目前滞留在海上的俄罗斯石油销往印度。
另外，昨天包括美国在内，三个G7国家宣布支持联合释放油储；部分美国官员认为，释放3亿至4亿桶储备将是合适的规模，这一规模约占IEA成员国总储量12亿桶的25%至30%。目前并未达成一致，还有不少分歧。
