-Kalo mayoritas utang dipegang domestik, permasalahannya defisit sebenernya cuma dibesar-besarkan.
-Kalo utang dipakai buat membiayai investasi yang produktif, keuntungan di masa depan bakal cukup untuk bayar utang tersebut.
-Defisit ga jadi masalah kalo tabungan sektor swasta (sebagai antisipasi kewajiban pajak di masa depan) mampu mengimbangi defisit Pemerintah.
