Update Data US: Properti Masih Solid Building Permits rilis di 1.448M (di atas forecast 1.4M). Housing Starts juga naik ke 1.404M (forecast 1.33M). Artinya sektor properti AS masih cukup kuat. Ini bisa jadi salah satu faktor yang menjaga USD tetap stabil di sesi kemarin.

Retail sales Inggris rilis hari ini dan hasilnya bikin market agak waspada. Konsumsi lagi jadi isu besar di UK, dan data ini bisa ngefek langsung ke GBP, apalagi menjelang momentum akhir tahun. Kalau retail turun, GBP biasanya ikut loyo. Kalau naik, bisa jadi pemicu pullback.

🇺🇸 ISM Manufacturing PMI AS: Market Masih Tunggu Arah: ISM Manufacturing PMI AS diperkirakan di 48.3, masih di bawah level ekspansi (50). Selama masih di area kontraksi, market cenderung lebih sensitif ke data lanjutan & statement Fed. Trader perlu waspada: bukan soal angka rilis saja, tapi reaksi market setelahnya.

Durable Goods Orders AS kemaren keluar 0.5%, di atas forecast 0.3%. Data ini nunjukin permintaan barang tahan lama masih kuat, biasanya tanda ekonomi tetap solid. Gak heran sih USD agak menguat pas rilis. Aku pribadi lihatnya: angka kecil kayak gini bisa jadi pemicu volatilitas tipis di sesi NY nanti malam.
