很多交易员一年后最明显的变化，不是策略更稳定，而是复盘写得更像样了。你会更擅长用宏观、结构、情绪、资金面去解释一笔交易为什么失败，也更擅长把一次亏损包装成“差一点就对”。
这类“进步”的危险在于，它提升的是叙事能力，而不是决策质量。你会越来越会讲道理，但账户并不会因为你的解释更漂亮就少回撤。当复盘变成自我安慰而不是行为修正，你的努力会变成一种高级的自我消耗。更糟糕的是，你会慢慢形成一种错觉：我懂得很多，所以我应该赚到钱，于是每次亏损都会更难接受，情绪更容易接管下一次决策。
