• 大方向、趋势判断、风控规则，由人来定
• 开仓、加减仓、止盈止损，尽量交给 AI 写好的 EA 去机械执行
• 手动只做少量“高确定性、高盈亏比”的关键机会（比如首K+2B 形态）
这样的好处是：
该理性的时候非常理性，该果断的时候非常果断。
