市场环境过滤机制
有些市场环境不适合交易，我们会主动避开：
重要新闻时间：在美国非农就业报告、美联储利率决议等重要新闻发布前后30分钟内，不进行交易
交易时段选择：优先在伦敦和纽约市场重叠时段（北京时间晚上8点到12点）交易，这是黄金交易最活跃的时间
周末前减仓：周五晚上减少新开仓位，避免周末不确定性风险
