第1天，1136，整体上盈利还行，16.17%，命中率94.74%；
1.进出场还是有些急躁了，总想着锁定更多的利润，其实放掉了很多利润。
2.有几单逆势单，虽盈利但不可饶恕。
3.止损没有找到合适的位置，进场止损带得乱七八糟的，也可以说是没有带。
4.持单心态很差，看好的点位，没有耐心的拿着，可以吃5000点的行情，只吃了500就走了，导致很大的利润没有吃到，也可能和一直盯盘有关。
5.频繁开单，本来可以两单结束战斗，出手了38次。

需要精进：持单！持单！耐心！耐心！减少盯盘时间。
昨天第1天已经完成了本周的任务了，不要浪苟着发育，随便做一做就行，今天盈利2%完成基本任务就行。
