一开始做全职外汇交易的时候，我以为只要手动盯盘、严格执行，就能实现稳定的收益。确实有过一些收获，但长时间盯盘的疲惫、心态的起伏，让我慢慢意识到：手动操作只是起点，而不是终点。
在不断摸索的过程中，我开始接触量化，把交易逻辑写进程序，交给EA去执行。转变之后，我感受到的变化真的很大：
✅ 不用每天死守在电脑前
✅ 情绪干扰少了，纪律性更强
✅ 风险控制更清晰，有规则就不容易乱操作
对我来说，量化更像是交易的“升级版”。它帮我把时间和精力解放出来，让我能把更多注意力放在策略研究和生活本身。
