拒绝折腾： 不频繁切换策略，相信并坚持自己的判断。大部分超额收益都是“坐”出来的，不是“操作”出来的。
拥抱波动： 把中间的回撤和横盘，都看作是必经之路，心态就好了。
这不是快钱，这是一场关于时间和纪律的马拉松。
