动作标准,靠执行;
节奏掌握,靠耐心;
最难的,是坚持在看不到结果的时候还不放弃。
有时候训练没突破,
就像明明看对方向却迟迟不到位,
你开始怀疑方法、怀疑自己,
但其实,波段也好、增肌也好,
真正的结果从来不是一下子出现的。
我现在不太追求立马有效,
只想做好今天这一单,
和今天这一组动作。
慢一点没关系,稳住就行。
