好多交易的人亏损都很严重，刚刚看到一个人发的帖子。很惨！
我曾经也经历过这一切，所以给一点小小的建议。
先休息一段时间不做交易，不要想着马上扳回本金，否则会亏更多，财不入急门。
也不要听信任何所谓的高手、大师。
先把跟钱相关的问题罗列出来，好好想想怎么生存下去？例如缩减开支，找家人帮忙，把非必需品卖了，如车子，多余的房子，金银首饰等，先满足最基本的生存。
等心态养好了，再用小资金做，抓关键的高确定的交易机会，赚几次大的，不需要天天做单。
切记，基本的生活开支不能靠交易赚来，那样没任何保障。把生活安排好了，用小资金做，亏了能活下去，赚了锦上添花。只有这样做才有机会和希望。
