关于订阅费
净值终于做上2000，一个小的里程碑，订阅费本想按之前所说涨到15美元。但是我深思熟虑以后，还是要有奖惩机制，初始值12美元。
调整依据是 双月均收益率记为L，比如现在5月，就是看3月和4月平均收益率，到6月时看4月跟5月平均收益率。
① L＞5% ，订阅费＋2美元。
② 4%≤L≤5%，订阅费＋1美元。
③ 2%≤L＜4%，订阅费不变。
④ 0≤L＜2%，订阅费-2美元。
⑤ L＜0，订阅费打5折。
下次调整在6月底
