一直想着非农公布前不操作，不操作，结果还是操作了，卖在最低点，平在最高点。主管操作了。还是有点不甘。但也时刻警醒自己，后面的要按计划操作，别再乱来了，忍。后面的黄金操作多单还稳妥，不抗，并及时按计划节奏去操作，避免了止损。指数呢也还好吃了一点。今晚操作就是第一笔做了计划之外的事情。计划在我这里就是约束，用来管束我的，避免乱操作。计划我的交易，交易我的计划。目前的我还是做不到。主要还是以前懂的多，学得多。先化繁为简，是一个很难熬的过程。我需要的是很多种方式来约束我自己。
