运行天使投资比想像中难多了。原本4月开始运行的项目，2周就按下了暂停键。交易员是本身一帮自由无拘束的人，要想融到一个池子，不可能跳过磨合的阶段。没有成玉很正常，一旦有，立刻就被挖走了。寻找璞玉是需要点运气的。战绩只是一个方面，人品是最重要的。
