NO PROPOSAL TO CUT RATES IN FED'S JANUARY MEETING.
The Federal Reserve held rates and indicated that even a decision in March might be too soon. However, markets are still pricing in a 50/50 chance to the March timeline.
Seems like we might be odds-on for a rate cut in May.
