暂停限售股出借从1月29日起生效，但是之前已经出借的，不能展期，必须在到期前归还。这条挺好的。
融券由实时申报调整为次日可用，意思就是，你今天从券商借到了券，将不能实时卖出，而是次日卖出，也就是T+1，限制的是日内T0。这条从3月18日起实施，给了一个半月的时间让量化调整策略。
从操作上来说，T+1无非是多付一两天的券息，跟原来比差不多。
但是从盘面来说，日内封板率会大大提升。
转发 T+1相当于没有融券机制了。你如果今天申报明天才能融到券，万一明天大盘上涨你融券就要亏钱，为了防止明天亏损，最好的办法就是你今天先买进股票进行对冲。也就是说要融券安全的做法是先买进，这样一来融券就是没有牙齿的老虎了
