瑞士金融监管局（10万瑞郎保障)>英国FCA监管(5万英镑保障)>塞浦路斯岛国监管(2万欧元)同时瑞士这个国家要想开展外汇保证金业务必须是持有银行牌照的银行才有资格开展。在瑞士，普通券商非银行是不能开展外汇保证金业务的。
