央行调查统计司原司长盛松成：降准的空间大于降息 人民币有望保持温和升值
金十数据12月3日讯，中欧国际工商学院经济学与金融学教授、中国人民银行调查统计司原司长盛松成表示，目前我国金融机构加权存款准备金率为7.4%，而利率则已经处于历史低位。目前LPR已创2019年改革以来新低，可见降准的空间大于降息。盛松成表示，我国货币政策需要考虑内外平衡，这也是我国降息比较审慎的原因之一。“两国利差及其变化趋势是决定汇率的重要因素之一。预计中美利差将进入稳定期，所以人民币可能保持温和升值态势，但升值幅度有限。(金十数据APP)
