I’m Tran Duc Tu, an MT5 trader who joined the Hantec Challenge with two accounts (ID: 800010174 & 800010167), earning over $20,000 in valid profits.
But after the system suddenly shut down, no profit payout was made, and no clear explanation was given.
Hantec Group claimed that Hantec Challenge is “independent” and not their responsibility.
👉 However, Hantec Challenge was listed as an official product on the Hantec Financial website, alongside Forex and CFDs – which gave traders reason to trust it.
So the question is:
If Hantec Challenge was truly independent, why was it promoted as part of Hantec Financial’s offerings?
And who is legally accountable when traders suffer losses?

🔸 A reputable financial brand must stand for transparency and accountability, not promotion without protection.
