只做自己熟悉的形态，坚持不抗单，哪怕趋势正确，也不抗单，浮亏太大，要么做错方向，要么点位没做好，该砍就砍。小仓位交易，盈利就出金，尽量不爆仓，当然会出现不断亏损导致的净值一路下滑，但是当适合自己行情到来的时候，就能抹掉全部的亏损，账户曲线直接上涨。跟单注意仓位，给自己设置止损线，控制风险。
