因为大部分人都想快速致富，很少有人愿意慢慢变富，所以投资我们不能追求太短期的，追求快速的致富，我们应该划清自己的能力圈，在我能力圈里面做投资，然后把预期降低，一旦在能力圈里面做到确定性的收益，随着时间的推移，复利带来的这个收益，反而更高，所以少即是多。
投资的过程当中，我们碰到一些波折挑战是难以避免的，那碰到困难之后怎么办呢？我们可以想一想远期，如果我们以两年三年的维度，来看待当下市场，可能心情会更加释然一点，你如果放眼两三年，那你去挑选优质的行业，优质的公司，最终我相信它会开花结果。
很多投资者高估自己，低估市场，但实际上，这是一种信息的不对称。还有一点，就是说很多投资者容易，高估短期，低估长期，但其实汇市场短期未必能真正获得收益，所以我们要学会和练习管理欲望，就是首先对自己的投资预期，不能太高，另外就是把时间拉长，把心态放低一点，随着时间推移可能你操作的心态会更好，实际的效果也会更好。
