如何避免银联出金冻卡
1.增加银行账户资金滞留率
(千万不要出金一到卡，怕炒汇被抓赶紧转走，几次下来银行会判定你是洗钱跑分的人头户，账号永远都是收款马上转出，卡里永远0余额，收款马上转出，这样操做不封你才怪)
2.增加银行卡的正常交易流水
(银行卡千万不要只拿来收出金，永远只有收款及转帐的卡容易被盯上，可以做些消费购物刷卡等，正常的操作，增加银行卡的正常流水评级)
