解：具备银行资质的瑞讯在客户提交资料入款之后，会及时帮客户生成客户个人网络银行。那么瑞讯的出入资金就变成了私对私电汇。而私对私电汇是没有被限制的。当然这里面指的是不给汇款或者落账，本身还是要接受每人每年5万美元或者等额外币。
当然，即便有单个人的额度限制 但是对于银行资质的瑞讯来说 不管你的资金多大 出入资金这一块都不会成为阻碍你交易的理由。瑞讯支持多对一电汇入账，同时支持一对多出金到国内卡里面。
