出金就评分咔咔掉，这个算法我认为很不合理。
交易的目的是为了盈利，盈利了出金，对于交易这件事儿，应该是一个优秀的操作。但follow me的评分系统，反而使该账户快速掉分，这是很不合理的。
鉴于此，鄙人谨提出以下两种粗略算法建议：
1，以历史加权的方式进行分数核算，比如上次出金到本次出金期间的交易，进行计算得80分，那本次基础分80，然后与上次出金之前的积分进行加权计算，类似于全历史均线算法，所有历史都能反应，但近期的表现权重大一些。
2，在原算法基础上，稍作修改，把出金这个操作算一个得分项目。@小秘书
