美国联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）5月1日宣布，第一共和银行被售予摩根大通，成为继矽谷银行、Signature Bank之后，两个月来被关闭、接管的第三家美国区域性银行；同时也是美国史上倒闭的第二大银行。
但这波始于矽谷银行倒闭、席卷美国银行业数周之久的动荡，是否就此画上句点？
