Untuk bisa menentukan trend yang sedang berlangsung, buatlah sebuah Trendline. Pertama-tama, tentukan titik level rendah dan level tinggi pada pergerakan harga. Selanjutnya, tarik garis lurus dari High ke High atau Low ke Low. Contoh membuat garis Trendline bisa Anda lihat di gambar di bawah ini
