有些人认为如果一个交易员能赚钱，就应该利用自己的资金来交易，闷声发财，干嘛还要帮人理财，但实际上这种想法是非常无聊的。
能够稳定获利的交易者，都是风险管理的高手，所以即使他的交易策略非常稳定且盈利能力强，他也不会卖房梭哈，大量举债入市，可能也只会用自己的一部份资来来交易，以降低自身的风险。
科斯定律告诉我们，资源总是会流向最擅长使用它的人。
假设一个交易员，他的年化收益率60%，他用自己100万的资金去交易，每年的收益也只有60万左右，减去生活开销后，基本所剩无见。
这个时候，假如有个人看了他的账户，觉得他作得不错，比较稳定，愿意给他1,000万的资金来交易，风险不用他承担，盈利了还会给他一部份分成，你说他会考虑这个机会吗？
随着交易员交易能力的提高和资金的增加，他可能还会注册一家公司，雇用员工成立一个私募基金，从而运作更多的资产。
因此，强者恒强，顶级的交易高手最终走向资管这条路也是正常的，不必有所偏见。
