【台积电预计6月将英伟达AI加速技术导入2纳米试产】金十数据3月22日讯，据台湾《联合报》消息，英伟达CEO黄仁勋21日透露，经与台积电、ASML及新思科技四方的合作，经历四年开发，英伟达完成全新的AI加速技术Culitho，这是一个用于运算式微影函式库，将可缩短先进制程芯片的光罩时程、拉升良率并大幅减低晶圆制作的能耗。黄仁勋并预告台积电将把这套AI系统，在今年6月导入2纳米试产，用于提升2纳米制程良率，并缩短量产时程。
