社区还是有很多人觉得 卡被封被动 和频繁使用有关系 觉得 出金一到帐 然后立刻转账 卡容易被冻被封
我想说都没这么出银联卡第三方出过金吧
出入金频繁的那种风控 不叫冻卡 （去趟银行就能解决）
我说的是 给你转账的卡 的钱有问题 然后 你的卡被牵连 SF冻结
这种情况短则3日 长多久 我试过2年多的 6个月一个周期到点准时续冻
如果那个啥 只承认是炒黄金的 对应平台出入金记录 银行转账记录 都保存好 甚至可以连交易记录都保存好 说不定就用上了
