现在香港MSO下证困难，如果要取得这款牌照，要先提供下面这些资料：
1.需要在香港有一家公司，并且公司要有自己的银行账户
2.公司股东和董事的身份证+护照
3.提供董事、股东的无犯罪记录和银行流水
4.要有一位持牌人
5.在香港要有实际的办公地址、电话邮箱等
6.50W港元的注册资金，要求实缴
在准备好这些资料以后，我们还需要有自己的合规官和律师。因为后续会有两轮的海关面试和三次的资料补充，面试环节就由合规官去参加，持牌人可以不用去。
同时，我们要准备一份完整的反洗钱文化和商业计划书，还要有自己的反洗钱系统，这些东西在面试前就要准备好，因为海关面试的时候，会让你当场演示！（如果担心自己弄不好的，可以找代理解决）
如果一切顺利的话，牌照一般会在8-12月内搞定，牌照需要两年续一次
