香港MSO牌照全称是Money Service Operator，意为金钱服务经营者,该牌照设立于2012年，由香港海关总署颁发，香港金融条令规定了，任何要经营汇款或货币兑换服务的人士必须向香港海关申领这种牌照，获得香港的MSO金钱服务牌照后，就意味着持牌人在港货币及外汇市场上获得了“通行证”，每一笔交易都是接受香港政府监督，合规保障。
