个人觉得最好的开设FCA账户的方法是去欧洲呆着，在当地找个具备FCA资质的平台开户。这样不但不会冻卡，不受外汇额度限制，而且如果平台跑路的话在理赔上也是近水楼台先得月。因为之所以要求有监管的平台，最主要的就是为了资金安全。外汇这个行业在国内是偷偷摸摸，各种受限，在国外是正当职业，光明正大。等疫情好一些我是打算出去了。
