交易者每次进场后，都对于该笔交易抱有巨大憧憬，情绪跟随价格涨跌而起伏，但总归会出现不如意的情况，如：止损，利润回吐等，此时就会出现挫败感。
这是因为交易者自身情绪起伏过大，情绪是会被消耗的。反过来，若你的情绪是平稳的，认为自己当下的这笔交易就是一笔正常的系统内机会，赚钱止盈是正常的，亏钱止损是正常的，在持仓规则的范畴内，利润合理回吐也是正常的。
情绪的稳定，会降低执行系统的难度。
