交易中保持一致性很重要，但是一致性体现在什么地方呢，我们从止损的角度来看，第一类交易者设置止损时，起初设置一个点数，比如30个点，被扫损了，感觉不太够，改成80点了，又损了，肉疼啊这次，下次设置40个点吧，就这么调来调去。而第二类交易者，他会依据周期的级别，品种活跃程度，和重磅数据影响力等等因素，来改变止损的宽度，他是依据支撑压力带的宽度来设置止损的，虽然他的止损宽度设置根第一类一样，也是不固定的，但是她的止损设置是具有逻辑性上的一致性的，一致性是指逻辑上的一致性，在这个基础上针对不同的市场状况，去灵活的设置止损那就是具有一致性的，而第一种如果不是根据有效的逻辑来灵活的设置止损，那他就是胡来的，先不说他改来改去，即便是定数量，比如每次设50个点，应对不同市场状况下的支撑压力带，有时候这50点多了，有时候这50点搂不住，那就是无效止损，那就是刻舟求剑，我们不能追求这种一致性，而违背止损的有效性，对吧？
