这个账号半年多了，目前收益是900%,系统策略，资金管理，心态控制，都保持的很好。现在最大的考验就是时间，我最担心的问题是情绪失控，因为看到社区爆仓的人太多。大多数人都在连续亏损后，情绪会失控后，系统策略，风险控制，全抛到脑后，最后就是严重亏损和爆仓。
我接触交易以来也有7年，心态管理是一个大关。需要保持冷静的思考和独立的判断，这一点就很难做到。
我的方法是 ，阅读 ，写交易总结 ，适当的休息。与市场保持一定的距离。
