#银行卡又被冻结了#前几日突然发现银行卡无法进行线上交易，登录手机银行app提示暂停非柜面交易，我一开始以为是被冻卡了。但是这个卡近期只有入金，没有出金。经过一波三折才搞明白银行是针对部分年龄段所有客户进行了此操作，说是为了防止电信诈骗。
