Receptionist - PT. Mentari Mulia Berjangka
Responsibilities
-Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office
-Direct visitor to the appropriate person and office
-Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
-Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/mail
-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk
-Received, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
-Update calendars and schedule meetings
-Prepare meeting room or other office facilities and make sure that all ready
-Prepare and arrange company morning briefing
-Arrange travel accommodation
-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc
Requirements
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Solid written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise
-Excellent organizational skills
-Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
-Customer service attitude
-Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role is preferable
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
