Deskripsi pekerjaan Receptionist PT Mentari Mulia Berjangka
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitor to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/mail
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk
Received, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Prepare meeting room or other office facilities and make sure that all ready
Prepare and arrange company morning briefing
Arrange travel accommodation
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
Customer service attitude
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role is preferable
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
