我经常听到人们抱怨某个结果，而不是去了解导致该结果的机器是否有问题。在很多情况下，此类抱怨多来自那些看问题总爱看负面不看正面的人，他们不了解责任人在做出决定时是如何权衡利弊的。既然所有问题都是人和设计的问题，问自己“还有人能以别的方式完成这个工作吗”这样的问题就能把你导向正确的思考方向，使未来不再出现此类问题（而非仅仅抱怨）。
