前面差不多一个月出金到银行卡。直接到不了，说在维护。我又等了差不多是十天左右吧，还是在维护，只能出otc。也听说这个otc汇率相差有点大，但是要用钱也没法了。只能出。当时也没看。今天我又想出点，想直接到银行卡，提示又在维护。
维护，我能理解。但是持续维护一个月，不知道是这平台技术问题还是在出金问题遇到无法越过的阻碍？但是能不能给个解释？
我想问客户的功能是解决什么？是不是疑难问题？还是只是摆设？问好久维护完？不知道。不知道。我敢信。但凡这公司有点责任心。起码都要给客服部一个期限。他没有期限。随缘。
