投资市场中有一个很有名的交易流派——趋势跟踪，用这套方法有很多人获得了成功。我很认同这种追随趋势的交易思想。但是，在我看来趋势跟踪这种方法也有不尽人意之处，当我们长期持有一个顺势仓位时，因为市场的趋势运动不是直线的，在趋势演化的过程中，必然会出现趋势的停顿、徘徊、震荡，有时候这个时间会持续很久，趋势跟踪者持有的仓位会因此受到市场价格随机运动带来的巨大影响，账户权益很可能会有大幅波动，这给投资者带来了很大的心理压力，这种考验甚至是煎熬，有可能让投资者无法承受而被迫放弃头寸，导致未来持续的趋势行情无法把握而前功尽弃。
