原来做外汇交易，包括做投资，做股票，做期货都是一样的。把复杂的事情简单化。大道至简，说起来容易，做起来难。其实就是放弃心中的杂念和执念，包括执着。简简单单的朝着自己想要的方向去走。过程不要太在意。凡事不能急功近利。物极必反。原来是这样，之前搞得我半夜都睡不着觉，盯着行情，原来那都是无用功。简化，简化，再简化，回归自己的生活自然状态。
