代客操盘必须严格规定：操盘亏损到多少终止合作，超过规定部分操盘手必须全部赔付，不能以极端行情爆仓不赔付为理由！

此类人没有水平，只通过忽悠开发客户，然后给客户操爆仓；
比如1000美金爆仓只赔付30%，这30%是去除之前盈利部分；
偷换概念：1000美金之前盈利500美金，先分红，分以后爆仓，就按500美金赔付；等于1000美金，按500美金的30%赔付，到最后赔付不到15%；
此类人很善于狡辩，一次性开发客户为主，所有账户均全部爆仓！
