随着ASIC和FCA主流监管的管控和政策原因，目前的外汇平台均在岛国监管下；目前很多平台已经在官网不再公示其他监管，只公示通过网站客户的客户开户在什么监管下；以TMGM为例，对于网站里边的监管介绍直接忽略，没有什么意义：
