在眾多技術指標當中，布林线，又名布力加通道（Bollinger Band）是最有效去量度市場波幅的指標。這個技术指標始創於八零年代，由John Bollinger發明，主要由三條缐構成。
布力加通道的中心是一条移动平均线，一般情况价格线在由上下轨道组成的区间游走，而且随价格的变化而自动调整轨道的位置。布林线传统参数是(20,2), 标准的设置是20周期，当然这个周期可以是15分钟、一小时、四小时甚至是一天或更高，视乎预计的交易长短而异。布力加通道的上线是加两个标准差，而下缐就是减两个标准差。当价格达到上线顶部，便会遇上阻力而回调；当价格跌倒下线底部，便会遇上支持而回弹。
