创兴银行涨超45%，获越秀企业溢价51.2%提私有化，两个交易日翻倍。
创兴银行5月19日晚间公布， 越秀企业建议以协议安排方式将公司私有化，每股现金要约价20.8港元，较停牌前(13.76港元)溢价51.16%，涉资近51亿港元。
目前，越秀企业持有公司74.97%股权。计划生效后，公司将根据上市规则向联交所申请撤销股份的上市地位。
