【#河南产山东龙口粉丝被查处# #地理标志也是知识产权#】近日，结合群众举报，成都市新都区市场监督管理局在一家超市的货架查获涉嫌侵权的“龙口粉丝”。执法人员介绍，这些产品产地是河南商丘。按规定，在山东烟台的招远、龙口、蓬莱、莱阳、莱州地域内的粉丝生产企业，经审核批准后，可以使用“龙口粉丝”作为商品名称，并对其实施原产地域保护。地理标志是一种重要的知识产权，如果冒用侵权，就可能对特色行业发展构成伤害。涉案厂家既没有取得授权委托，又不在龙口粉丝地理标志保护范围内，这种行为违反《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》第六条。
