讲讲10天爆仓的感受，一开始操作都挺好的，也能做到知行合一。但当有一笔大额的亏损时，你就会突然像被激活的野兽，疯狂的开单，止损，平仓。不停的在这三个步骤不停的循环，最终精疲力竭，金尽而亡。所以，在外汇市场上止损很重要，但不合理的止损也会带来负面影响。我的总结是，如果一天止损单超过5个被激活，那最好不要在操作，静观其变等待合适的位置在出击。因为，你如果因为止损而继续追击，那很有可能追到高。像昨晚的黄金，我因为止损后没有在进入，因为在1790这区间的价格已经走得很疲软，不像是突破的可能，因为已经有两次在冲击1798都没能成功，然后在结合基本面，周四和周五，美国的经济指标数据都超预期，致使10年期美债收益率最高涨致2.4%，看着美债一个小时内从0.36冲到1.79。这一波情绪足足让所以资金都转变成空头。以上就是我个人的总结。
