【零售巨头也“上车”？#沃尔玛将投资自动驾驶公司Cruise#】当地时间15日，美国零售巨头沃尔玛宣布投资通用汽车旗下的自动驾驶公司Cruise。沃尔玛的具体投资规模没有被披露，但据推测不超过7.5亿美元。在去年11月份，沃尔玛就宣布将与Cruise联手在美国亚利桑那州试点自动驾驶配送，现在沃尔玛总计与6家自动驾驶技术提供商展开合作，其中还包括福特汽车的自动驾驶部门以及谷歌母公司字母表旗下的Waymo。
亚马逊的线上销售近年来一直在美占据领导优势。但疫情下，沃尔玛、塔吉特等各大零售商追赶势头强劲，各大平台的配送压力也随之提升。各大科技公司、汽车厂商以及各类自动驾驶技术提供方，已经与主要零售平台展开了排列组合式的合作。(央视财经)
