【不要过度焦虑！#个别接种疫苗后出现心因性反应#】中国疾病预防控制中心 免疫规划首席专家 王华庆表示，个别人接种新冠疫苗后出现了心因性反应。所谓“心因性反应”是指在接种疫苗后，身体因心理因素发生的反应，主要是接种疫苗时的心理压力、焦虑等所致，无器质性损害，与疫苗无关。中国疾控中心免疫规划首席专家 王华庆：“有一些年轻的女性接种疫苗之后出现头疼、恶心等其他症状，目前根据临床试验的结果，还有疫苗上市后不良反应监测结果来看，绝大多数全身性的反应都属于一般反应，不需要特殊处理，如果病情加重，或者你认为有必要的话，要及时就医诊治。我特别想强调一点，因为接种的人群主要是18-59岁人群，这里面有一部分女性。通过目前我们的监测来看，在这个人群当中还是有个别人出现了心因性反应，为什么出现心因性反应，这可能跟我们在接种疫苗前、接种疫苗过程中、接种疫苗之后紧张或者心理焦虑有一定关系，这导致了心因性反应发生，所以我强调一点，大家在接种疫苗过程中就认为它是一次普通的注射，不需要过度焦虑，要以放松的心态去接种这个疫苗，这样会大大减少出现心因性反应。”#专家回应打疫苗可不可以再等等#
